Our Story
Before we are ready to serve you, we race around sourcing supplies. We get hot and sweaty for days preparing our low and slow famous American Barbecue meat for at least 14 hours in batches in our epic offset smoker, and prepare our food truck in Albury, smoker and vans to get to where you are to serve you. It isn't your regular 9 - 5, but it's absolutely our passion.
